Producer (Video Production)

Location: San Francisco, on-site; based in the Bay Area required

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Own production logistics from approved project scope through pre-production, shoot, and wrap.
• Build and manage budgets, track actuals against estimates, and identify overages early.
• Book and coordinate crews, talent, locations, equipment, rentals, and vendors, primarily in San Francisco.
• Manage casting, talent agreements, releases, permits, insurance certificates, location agreements, and other production paperwork.
• Prepare and maintain call sheets, shooting schedules, and run-of-show documents.
• Run shoot days by managing schedules, coordinating crew and talent, and resolving issues on set.

Requirements

• Based in the Bay Area.
• 3+ years of production or line producing experience at a production company, agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Strong experience managing production budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Experience booking crews, casts, locations, vendors, and rentals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, calm, proactive, and dependable under pressure.
• Clear communication skills, a collaborative approach, and strong ownership through completion.

Nice to have

• Experience producing for technology startups or working directly with founders.
• Existing relationships with crews, vendors, and talent in San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles.
• Familiarity with Monday, Frame.io, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
