What you will do

• Lead original video, audio, and digital projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Define project scope, deliverables, success metrics, schedules, responsibilities, and production calendars.
• Develop shows, segments, treatments, and original formats with on-camera talent.
• Lead studio, field, control room, live, and recorded productions while coordinating crews, vendors, logistics, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee post-production, quality control, versioning, captions, metadata, archiving, and final delivery.
• Use analytics, audience feedback, and platform trends to optimize content for YouTube, social media, podcasts, and OTT platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, journalism, media production, or a related media-industry field.
• Experience producing studio and field content across multiple formats, including hands-on control room production.
• Strong production management skills covering pre-production, scheduling, budgeting, and studio or on-set coordination.
• Strong editorial judgment, accuracy, fact-checking, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with script-formatting software, project management platforms, basic editing tools, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, meet fast deadlines, and handle confidential information.
