What you will do

• Coordinate the complete logistics lifecycle for calibration equipment, including receipt, shipment, tracking, and return.
• Perform calibration and certification of basic electronic and physical or dimensional measuring and test equipment according to technical specifications.
• Pick up and deliver measurement equipment between customer locations, laboratories, and vendors, ensuring safe and secure transport.
• Manage equipment intake, verification, documentation, packaging, labeling, and system entry.
• Maintain current asset status, location, and turnaround information in tracking systems such as IndySoft and MetTeam.
• Communicate equipment status, priorities, and delivery timelines with customers, metrology technicians, vendors, and program management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of logistics or coordination experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform required driving, lifting, and equipment transport duties.
• Experience with tracking systems such as SAP, IndySoft, MetTeam, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and established work instructions.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of logistics experience in technical or metrology environments.
• Experience with SAP, Maximo, vendor coordination, RMAs, and shipping processes.
• Familiarity with calibration, metrology, ISO/IEC 17025, or other regulated environments.
