Warehouse Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Apex, North Carolina, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Perform cycle counts, manage inventory, reorder stock, and organize warehouse areas.
• Receive incoming goods by checking shipping documents, unpacking, counting, labeling, inspecting, and binning materials.
• Record receiving activity in the computer system and help track purchased parts.
• Prepare international shipments, including customs documentation, shipping documents, packing, and delivery coordination.
• Compare outgoing parts against shipping orders and load or unload trucks as required.
• Use forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to move and store materials safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required.
• Forklift operation or certification is preferred; ability to operate a forklift is required.
• Attention to detail, clear communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of part numbers, part usage, tape measurement, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical prints.
• Basic computer literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
