Senior Product Designer

What you will do

• Lead design for customer experiences and staff workflows.
• Conduct user interviews, map workflows, and define information architecture for complex systems.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support design QA and ensure high-quality execution.
• Contribute to the design system and provide feedback to elevate UX practices.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product, UX, or UI design experience.
• A strong portfolio covering consumer-facing and operational or enterprise experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma or a similar modern design tool.
• Systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with responsive design.

Nice to have

• Mobile design experience.
• Background in e-commerce, logistics, or service workflows.
