Software Engineer (Development & QA Automation) (Hybrid - Coppell, TX)

Location: Hybrid in Coppell, Texas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Analyze technical ideas for feasibility, approach, estimates, and delivery commitments.
• Develop, maintain, and migrate existing applications to newer platforms.
• Develop, automate, and execute test cases before business or client acceptance testing.
• Support, update, and enhance test automation tools.
• Contribute to integration, implementation, deployment strategies, operating manuals, and system documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Practical experience with Perl, Python, Java, Linux, and shell scripting.
• Experience developing and executing automated tests throughout the delivery cycle.
• Knowledge of application analysis and design methodologies, database concepts, and software development life cycle practices.
• Knowledge of AFP and PDF print formatting and content testing.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
