Shipping and Receiving Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Montgomery, Texas; must be a legal resident of the United States

Designs and manufactures engineered vacuum-jacketed pipes, valves, and fittings for the production, transportation, transfer, and storage of cryogenic fluids.

What you will do

• Prepare, stage, package, crate, palletize, weigh, label, and load products according to procedures and customer requirements.
• Process shipping transactions and export shipments through UPS and FedEx systems, including the use of Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes.
• Create pick lists, bills of lading, photographs, container labels, and other shipping documentation.
• Receive, verify, and enter production and non-production freight against purchase orders.
• Identify parts by number, size, and material; report damaged freight and organize delivery of materials and products.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely while maintaining accurate records and an organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, QAD, NetSuite, or Eagle TMS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently, perform basic math and reading tasks, and stand, bend, climb, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be a legal resident of the United States with reliable transportation and the ability to work in shop and office environments.
