SailPoint Developer (IAM)

Location: United States; fully remote

Salary: $120,000–$146,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and manage SailPoint IdentityNow and IAM solutions supporting USPS ARIS.
• Assess access requirements, design roles, assign ownership, and support remediation.
• Configure Web Services connectors and integrate REST APIs using OAuth, Basic, and token authentication.
• Design rules, workflows, task definitions, scheduled jobs, and operational reports.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, database, and data issues using logs, SQL, and configuration analysis.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders through Agile/Scrum delivery and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to attain and maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ or IdentityNow, identity governance, access management, RBAC, ABAC, access certification, and identity lifecycle management.
• Technical proficiency with Java, BeanShell, SQL, REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle, MySQL, XML/JSON, Tomcat, Linux, Git, Jenkins, and Postman.
• Experience with Bash and other scripting languages, custom rules, workflows, integrations, troubleshooting, and SQL reporting.
