Lead Enterprise Salesforce Architect (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within a specific U.S. geography; Louisville, Kentucky is listed as the job location. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define end-to-end solution architecture and technology strategy for enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Azure, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop integration strategies connecting Salesforce with healthcare applications, data platforms, ERP systems, and third-party services.
• Establish architecture standards, governance models, best practices, and implementation frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical direction across multiple delivery teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and executives while mentoring architects, developers, and technical leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, solution architecture, or technology leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, Azure, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, architecture governance, and large-scale implementation programs.
• Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, or Integration Architect; CTA is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience as a Lead, Enterprise, or Solution Architect on large transformation initiatives.
• Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare-focused Salesforce implementation experience.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and privacy regulations.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, AI, Agentforce, or Salesforce Data Cloud.
