Salary: $112,500–$125,000 base salary

What you will do

• Lead accurate and timely month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage close workflows, task tracking, and reconciliations in Numeric.
• Oversee corporate card transactions, employee reimbursements, and accounts payable workflows in Ramp.
• Reconcile subscription billing, SaaS metrics, and payment gateway transactions in Maxio.
• Maintain equity records, stock-based compensation schedules, and capitalization table reporting in Carta.
• Support audits, tax filings, compliance requirements, financial reporting, and accounting system improvements.

Requirements

• Active CPA license required.
• 3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience, preferably in technology or high-growth SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and modern accounting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Prior public accounting experience at a Big Four or national firm.
• Exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 340 capitalized commissions, and equity accounting.
