Creator Partnerships Manager (Games)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany. Hybrid working requires three days per week in the office, with up to two remote days. Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main is required.

What you will do

• Own the creator and influencer strategy across all game titles.
• Build and maintain the creator network, including long-term partners and campaign-specific activations.
• Negotiate and manage creator partnerships and contracts.
• Plan and deliver creator activations around launches and live beats.
• Measure creator performance, report on impact, and manage creator budgets.
• Integrate creators into wider marketing, community, and PR plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creator, influencer, or talent partnerships, ideally in games.
• Established creator relationships and a strong network.
• Experience with deal negotiation and contract management.
• A track record of planning and delivering activations.
• Performance measurement literacy and excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
