Senior Revenue Operations Manager - GTM Systems and Automation (SaaS)

Location: London, United Kingdom

Salary: $131,000–$164,000 USD annual base pay, plus eligibility for a corporate bonus plan.

What you will do

• Drive the GTM technology roadmap across Salesforce, Clay, Salesloft, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Transform manual GTM processes into scalable automated workflows.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories, technical specifications, and UAT plans.
• Define system performance metrics, build automated dashboards, and maintain a trusted source of truth with Data & Analytics.
• Create documentation, lead enablement sessions, and manage adoption of new system features.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Adoption to streamline the customer lifecycle from initial land through expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B SaaS revenue operations, field sales operations, or GTM systems architecture.
• Strong functional understanding of Salesforce and data flows between systems.
• Experience with Tableau or advanced Excel.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, writing detailed user stories, and managing delivery with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Relevant professional experience or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, or Clay.
• Experience implementing AI for predictive scoring or automated routing.
• Practical SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake or AWS data pipelines.
• An advanced degree such as an MBA or related master’s degree.
