Senior Conference Producer (TGE)

Location: Hybrid in Guildford, United Kingdom, with international on-site work in Hamburg, Houston, and Abu Dhabi

What you will do

• Develop and own research-led content strategies across conference editions in Hamburg, Houston, and Abu Dhabi.
• Research target markets, interview delegates and industry experts, and use audience feedback and event data to improve programmes.
• Identify, recruit, brief, and manage senior speakers, advisory boards, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate content delivery, production schedules, speaker trackers, internal teams, and external partners across multiple events.
• Attend and manage events on-site as the senior point of contact for speakers, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
• Connect conference content with ticket sales, sponsorship objectives, sponsored speaking opportunities, and future portfolio strategy.

Requirements

• Substantial experience as a Conference Producer, Senior Conference Producer, or in a comparable content-led B2B events role.
• Proven experience developing research-led conference programmes and recruiting senior industry speakers.
• Strong research, interviewing, editorial, communication, project management, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how content supports sponsorship and ticket revenue.
• Experience managing or mentoring a conference producer or similar professional.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site in Hamburg, Houston, and Abu Dhabi.
