Associate Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid policy with staff expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time

Annual compensation: £1–£1 GBP; for sales roles, the stated range represents on-target earnings including base salary and target commissions or bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead technical workshops, discovery calls, proof-of-concept implementations, pilots, and evaluations of Claude Code for enterprise engineering teams.
• Develop workflows and configurations tailored to customer development environments and support successful rollouts.
• Demonstrate Claude Code’s impact on engineering velocity and help expand adoption among existing customers.
• Create demo environments, scripts, and technical content while maintaining expertise in product capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
• Build technical champions within customer organizations and provide hands-on troubleshooting during evaluations and deployments.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Product Engineers, and engineering teams on sales cycles, complex requirements, product feedback, and post-deployment expansion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience.
• Daily active use of Claude Code with deep hands-on expertise.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing technical experience in sales, support, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows, toolchains, programming languages, IDEs, and development environments.
• Ability to present technical concepts, gather requirements, translate them into solutions, and debug technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience in a relevant field.
