Associate Technical Solutions Specialist (SQL/SSRS)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office

Salary: CAD 70,000–85,000 per year

What you will do

• Build SQL-based ETL integrations exchanging data between Euna Budget Pro and third-party systems.
• Design and develop custom SSRS reports with Implementation Managers, Consultants, and customers.
• Create custom data views for in-product dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
• Manage multiple integration and reporting implementations from design through delivery.
• Support migrations from customer on-premise installations to Microsoft Azure.
• Provide second-tier escalation support for the Application Support team.

Requirements

• Hands-on Microsoft SQL development experience using SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio.
• Experience building SQL-based ETL integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, ideally with Visual Studio Report Projects.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication, including direct customer communication.
• Ability to work from the Oakville, Ontario office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• SQL Server optimization or Microsoft Azure configuration and management experience.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar modern reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ADFS, LDAP, SAML, or Windows Authentication.
• Background in municipal, healthcare, or education technology.
