Senior SQL Reporting Developer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Salary: $50–$52 per hour

What you will do

• Consult on complex analytics initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning requirements.
• Review and analyze multifaceted, long-term analytics challenges.
• Enhance existing SSRS reporting solutions for third-party service providers.
• Use SQL to extract data from data warehouses and support reporting delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to meet analytics deliverables.
• Help resolve complex situations involving policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of analytics experience or equivalent professional, consulting, military, training, or educational experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
• Expertise in dimensional modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or SSIS, plus familiarity with big data frameworks and cloud-based data services.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party service provider data modeling.
• General financial services experience.
