Quality Control Inspector II (Medtech)

Location: Tinton Falls, New Jersey, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Apply and remove system and Q-Tag holds, investigate held finished goods, and manage product releases.
• Inspect raw materials, finished goods, production lines, and equipment; perform measurements and complete inspection documentation.
• Coordinate recalls, rework, relabeling, deviations, stock checks, pedigree verification, and project resources.
• Operate powered warehouse equipment, manage inventory, assess damaged inbound goods, and support item adjustments.
• Maintain SAP, Excel, hazardous waste, shipment, and held-stock records while identifying non-conformances and preparing reports.
• Communicate with quality assurance, production, management, branch personnel, and divisional partners to determine product disposition and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry; 2 years preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of basic quality regulations such as GMP, GDP, ISO, or 21 CFR 820 and 210–211.
• Proficiency with powered warehouse equipment, basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and quality documentation such as NCMRs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in hot and cold environments, and stand, walk, sit, bend, and twist for prolonged or frequent periods.
