Product and Process Engineer (CNC Programming)

What you will do

• Evaluate, validate, document, and improve new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software, preferably ESPRIT.
• Support CNC machine setup, troubleshooting, tooling, and released processes.
• Create work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, and other process documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Perform competitive analysis and drive improvements that reduce production waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a CNC setting.
• Experience with CNC programming, automated machinery, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
