Location: On-site in Rockville, Maryland, USA

Annual base salary: $67,900–$101,000, with potential discretionary or non-discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop fabrication methods for parts and assemblies.
• Program, set up, operate, and maintain machining equipment.
• Inspect fabricated parts and assemblies for conformance to engineering specifications.
• Provide mechanical support for producing and repairing products and equipment.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams and departments.
• Handle physical production duties, including moving or lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Experience with machining equipment programming, setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to use inspection equipment and work to engineering specifications.
• Mechanical fabrication and repair capabilities.
• Ability to work in a traditional production or light-manufacturing facility.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 pounds.
