Manager, Claims Research & Analysis (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from Florida, United States; must reside in Florida. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $107,700.00–$199,300.00 per year

What you will do

• Manage and mentor Claims Business Analysts.
• Collect, validate, and analyze claims data to deliver business solutions.
• Monitor operational performance and implement solutions for process and quality gaps.
• Lead cross-functional project work, including claims adjudication analysis and workflow preparation.
• Develop process bulletins and promote best practices across organizational levels.
• Identify automation opportunities and reduce adjustment volume through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in health plan operations, preferably with Medicare or Medicaid.
• Ability to analyze abstract variables, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience leading a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervising staff.
• Experience with hiring, training, work assignment, and performance management is expected for supervisory backgrounds.
• U.S. work authorization without employment-based visa sponsorship is required; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
