Senior Workday Financials Integration Developer (C#/.NET)

Location: Hybrid; consultant must reside in Washington and travel to Olympia and/or Tumwater, WA, for in-person meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions as needed.

Annual salary range: $110,000–$210,000.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end integrations between enterprise applications and Workday Financials.
• Build integrations using RESTful APIs, Workday Web Services, and Enterprise Interface Builders.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across application schemas and Workday object models.
• Architect scalable solutions and develop clean, testable C#/.NET code.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, improve performance and reliability, and manage CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Microsoft Azure, SQL, stored procedures, views, and complex queries.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations, CI/CD practices, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Working knowledge of .NET Framework, Web Forms, and Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Workday, particularly Workday Financials and Workday integration frameworks.
• Must reside in Washington, be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., and not require visa sponsorship or visa extension assistance.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials integrations, Workday Web Services, and EIBs.
• Experience with Python, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Azure-based data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, dashboards, or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
• Experience with code quality, security scanning, application security analysis, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
