Maintenance Mechanic I (Manufacturing)

Location: Tiffin, Ohio, USA; work site at 400 Crystal Ave., Findlay

Pay: $26.29 per hour

What you will do

• Support safety standards, follow operating procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and identify potential hazards.
• Operate machinery, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment used in manufacturing and material handling.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and supplies while supporting inventory control and proper storage.
• Perform routine quality checks, inspections, and basic tests with quality control personnel.
• Maintain production, equipment maintenance, and inventory records using computer systems or manual processes.
• Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Basic machinery operation and material handling knowledge; previous manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
