Product Compliance Assistant (Apparel)

Location: Los Angeles HQ, onsite

Salary: $26.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Track testing reports, submissions, seasonal testing outcomes, and finished garment testing.
• Follow up with suppliers and testing providers on submissions, statuses, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze and validate compliance documentation, certifications, manuals, and records.
• Maintain chemical and physical testing program records with Production, Product Development, Raw Materials, Sourcing, and Legal teams.
• Develop and update KPI dashboards, presentations, product risk assessments, and compliance reports with the Head of Global Product Compliance.
• Support supplier onboarding, quality assurance, compliance projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• AA or bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent Excel, data analysis, KPI/dashboard, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong tracking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to achieve results in a consistently evolving, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with lab testing, testing protocols, basic chemistry, quality measurements, and grading.
• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing or previous fashion industry experience.
• Mandarin bilingual skills.
