What you will do

• Oversee the full production lifecycle from development through delivery for high-volume retail accounts.
• Manage the production calendar to ensure all key milestones are met across multiple programs.
• Coordinate vendor capacity planning and workload distribution based on order volume.
• Negotiate costs, delivery terms, and lead times with factories to achieve margin goals.
• Track and approve lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and fit samples.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Logistics teams to ensure smooth booking and delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in apparel production, focusing on private label or major retail programs.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability compliance, testing, and delivery requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and large seasonal orders simultaneously.
• Experience with PLM software is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with production costing tools.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a team.
