Power Conversion Program Manager (Solar)

Location: Mesa, Arizona, USA; hybrid as required

What you will do

• Lead program management for inverter and PCS product lines.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, service, finance, and operations.
• Support the integration of APEX into business processes, reporting, operating cadence, and product roadmaps.
• Manage program plans, milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, dashboards, action trackers, and executive reporting.
• Drive commercialization activities, including new product introduction, production ramp, customer qualification, certification readiness, and field support readiness.
• Track business performance, resolve escalations, and support strategic planning for portfolio growth, capacity expansion, and operational scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, program management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, product management, engineering program management, or operations leadership.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in power electronics, energy storage, solar, inverters, PCS, electrical equipment, industrial systems, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing ramp, customer qualification, supply chain execution, and cross-functional program governance.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, executive updates, and cross-functional action plans while influencing without direct authority.
• Proficiency with program management tools, dashboards, Microsoft Office, and executive reporting formats.

Nice to have

• Experience with battery energy storage systems, grid-tied equipment, utility-scale energy products, or solar power conversion.
• Experience with post-acquisition integration, new business formation, new product introduction, contract manufacturing, production transfer, or manufacturing scale-up.
• PMP, PgMP, MBA, or a technical graduate degree.
• Experience working with global engineering, manufacturing, supplier, and customer teams.
