Associate Product Manager (Laundry)

Location: Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States; onsite role

Salary: $68,800–$83,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of laundry products, including product setup, pricing, marketing assets, training materials, and launch execution.
• Track product development and launch milestones and coordinate stakeholder approvals and communications.
• Analyze sell-out trends, market performance, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Build financial models, prepare forecasts, and present recommendations to Product Management leadership, Sales, and Forecasting teams.
• Support product positioning, pricing, promotional strategies, and business planning.
• Develop product support and training materials and participate in market visits and competitive product reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Analysis, Category Management, Sales Planning, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Knowledge of forecasting, supply chain planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with market data, competitive intelligence, retail account management, or promotional planning.
