Forward Deployed Solution Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada; up to 30% travel expected, primarily within the US

Annual on-target earnings: $180,000–$240,000, including base pay and 30% variable compensation; equity opportunity available

What you will do

• Own the strategic success of major enterprise accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention, and measurable customer value.
• Lead quarterly success reviews, governance sessions, and executive engagements covering account goals, business impact, and the product roadmap.
• Analyze customer supply chain operations and translate challenges into solution strategies involving scenario modeling, network analysis, operational planning, fulfillment, and AI/ML use cases.
• Partner with Sales on account planning, renewal strategy, expansion opportunities, and growth roadmap workshops.
• Build prototypes in hirify.global Studio and, when needed, direct small teams of forward deployed engineers.
• Train customer teams, develop their internal Supply Chain Engineer capabilities, and communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain operations, or go-to-market strategy, including AI/analytics roadmaps or transformation.
• Strong supply chain expertise with the ability to engage in both technical and business-level discussions.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: modeling and analysis, planning and execution, or AI/machine learning frontier use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption, quantify value, lead quarterly success reviews, and build trusted relationships from end users to senior executives.
• Strong communication, customer enablement, prototyping, account expansion, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with strong adaptability and executive presence.
