Sr. Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Boston or NYC, United States

Salary: $135,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Design systems that detect common user paths across millions of events.
• Implement real-time search across billions of log entries.
• Build machine learning pipelines to detect bugs in customer applications.
• Automate database scaling to control operating costs and handle traffic spikes.
• Develop systems that recommend customer integrations based on their toolsets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Experience with modern cloud technologies, architectural principles, and cloud tooling.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript applications and frameworks.
• At least one previous full-time software engineering role.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Boston or NYC; US work authorization may be required.
