Intern, Product Engineering (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California, United States. Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship is required.

Salary: $26.79–$34.29 per hour

What you will do

• Support Military Aircraft production programs at the Design Center and Production Center.
• Evaluate and help implement production equipment, including assembly fixtures, tools, and test equipment.
• Prepare and execute key engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
• Contribute input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Work as a multidisciplinary member of a creative and independent engineering team.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; the exact requirement may vary by department.
• Ability to relocate to Torrance, California, and work onsite for the internship duration.
• Professional disposition, effective communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.
