Brokerage Processing Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer

Base salary: $55,300–$76,075 per year

What you will do

• Review new brokerage applications, set up accounts, process contributions, and perform suitability reviews.
• Process account updates, asset movement tasks, and other customer requests.
• Review outstanding applications daily and provide status updates to internal and external clients.
• Draft customer correspondence related to brokerage processing.
• Support recurring monthly and quarterly audits, reporting, and operational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in brokerage services or operations within the financial services industry.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• U.S. work authorization required; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.
• Reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required for remote work.

Nice to have

• NetX 360 or Pershing experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and escalation-management skills.
