What you will do

• Participate in the Security Incident Response Team on-call rotation.
• Qualify alerts and reports, assess incident impact, and coordinate response activities with affected teams.
• Analyze threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures across the platform.
• Create and maintain clear incident response procedures, timelines, and communications.
• Investigate and implement detection, enrichment, triage, response, and communication automations.
• Lead lessons-learned discussions and drive improvements that reduce recurring incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant information security experience or an equivalent degree in information security, information systems, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Automation experience with Go, Python, Ruby, Shell, or Perl.
• Ability to securely design and implement AI/ML-driven playbooks for common security operations.
• Experience coordinating responses to security incidents and knowledge of security issues and the threat landscape.
• Background in cloud, host, network, and application security.
• Familiarity with incident response frameworks such as NIST 800-61 or ISO/IEC 27035.

Nice to have

• B.S. or M.S. in computer science, computer engineering, software security, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with streaming and content creation.
• Experience handling incidents in hybrid cloud environments using AWS or GCP, including CloudTrail log analysis.
