Clinical Project Manager, Immuno-Oncology - IQVIA Biotech (Cell & Gene Therapy)

Salary: $93,100–$232,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Contribute to bid defense presentations and develop clinical study strategies.
• Create and implement integrated study management plans with cross-functional project teams.
• Lead smaller or less complex regional clinical studies, balancing speed, quality, and cost.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary or backup point of contact.
• Monitor milestones, manage risks, resolve issues, and oversee assigned vendors.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, scope, revenue, and acceleration opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical research experience, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Experience in immuno-oncology and cell and gene therapy clinical trials.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols, therapeutic areas, competitive landscapes, and clinical research regulations.
• Leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of project budgets, forecasting, and contractual obligations.
