TL;DR
Senior Commercial Finance Analyst (SaaS): Maintaining revenue and cost models, producing BU reporting packs, and building financial models for business cases with an accent on FP&A, forecasting, reconciliations, and commercial analysis. Focus on preparing scenario and sensitivity analyses, tracking headcount and purchase-order approvals, and turning financial data into clear recommendations for business leaders.
Location: Brazil; 100% remote or hybrid for residents of Serra Gaúcha or the Greater São Paulo area

What you will do
- Maintain BU revenue forecasting models, validate CARR and bookings data, and complete revenue reconciliations.
- Build and maintain cost models, headcount schedules, cost trackers, and EPM submissions.
- Prepare MBR and QLM reporting packs, including reconciled charts, KPI tables, variance commentary, and written narratives.
- Build financial models for business cases covering P&L impact, cash flow, NPV, sensitivities, risks, and alternative scenarios.
- Review headcount and purchase-order requests against approved budgets and maintain NRC project tracking.
- Support budgeting, reforecasting, pricing, product launches, cost-to-serve analysis, deal margin modeling, and other commercial analyses.
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, ideally in a SaaS or software environment.
- Proven ability to own analytical workstreams end-to-end and apply driver-based cost and revenue modeling.
- Working knowledge of EPM, Salesforce CRM, and BI environments.
- Proactive, autonomous, commercially minded, and accountable for analytical quality and process compliance.
- Advanced English required.
