Technical Product Owner (Manufacturing Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Define the vision, priorities, OKRs, technology strategy, and capability roadmaps for the Anasco manufacturing site squad.
• Translate manufacturing business challenges into technology products, value cases, measurable KPIs, and prioritized backlogs.
• Support the reliability, performance, compliance, security, and continuous improvement of local manufacturing products, including new lines and enhancements.
• Coordinate solution design, experimentation, human-centered design, automation, agile delivery, architecture, and end-to-end process optimization.
• Orchestrate product and platform releases, manage dependencies and vendor relationships, and coordinate virtual, multi-location teams.
• Partner with manufacturing and technology leaders on budgets, prioritization, audits, risk remediation, and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Manufacturing Operations is preferred.
• At least 6 years of major IT product design and support experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing operations product ownership.
• Experience deploying major IT capabilities, such as manufacturing or shop-floor systems, across multiple sites.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments, GxP, software development life cycle, testing methodologies, and customer experience.
• Foundational skills in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technology.
• Fluent English is required, and bilingual ability is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP applications.
• Experience with MES platforms and integrations.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or manufacturing discipline.
