What you will do

• Drive global standardization, governance, continuous improvement, and integration for ERP supply chain finance solutions.
• Lead solution design and implementation for intercompany capabilities across planning, manufacturing, logistics, trade sales, tax, and finance.
• Define technology roadmaps, refine product backlogs, prioritize demand, and balance business value, technical feasibility, cost, and technical debt.
• Manage integrated engineering builds, platform constraints, cross-team dependencies, and solution compliance.
• Plan and oversee technical testing and user acceptance testing.
• Measure platform capabilities against demand, complexity, business challenges, and value-stream improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with end-to-end financial and logistical controlling flows in multinational operations across Plan, Make, Deliver, Finance, and Tax.
• Expertise in SAP ERP and S/4HANA integration, implementations, controlling, product costing, material ledger, financial accounting, manufacturing finance, and intercompany scenarios.
• Experience with multi-currency accounting, AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Fixed Assets, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Experience with SAP middleware and finance integrations including Concur, SAP ILM, DART, VIM, Vertex, and SAC.
• Knowledge of global rollouts, upgrades, cutover planning, finance security roles, SOX and compliance regulations, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and software development lifecycle management.
