Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the Western United States

Base salary: $66,000–$87,000 per year; OTE: $80,000–$104,000 per year, including potential bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for new client implementations.
• Develop project plans, coordinate client and internal teams, and manage launches through completion.
• Understand client goals and implement email and mobile marketing use cases across the Studio and Da Vinci platforms.
• Train clients on the platforms, promote implementation best practices, and address objections and questions.
• Lead custom technical solutions with solutions developers, engineers, architects, and product owners.
• Configure and QA campaigns, resolve issues, and support client goals, retention, and account growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of account, project, or implementation management experience.
• Direct experience with enterprise mobile or email service providers such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, Iterable, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile and email marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical affinity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
