Operations Supervisor, New Product Readiness (MedTech)

What you will do

• Coordinate distribution center readiness and execution for multiple new product introductions each year.
• Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Quality, Systems, and Commercial teams to translate product attributes, volumes, handling needs, and timelines into operational actions.
• Coordinate space, labor, equipment, SKU setup, WMS readiness, receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Validate picking paths, kitting logic, packing configurations, and receipt quality checks for new products, kits, bundles, and special-handling items.
• Provide floor support and training to distribution center associates, communicate launch status and risks, and support issue resolution.
• Track dock-to-stock time, putaway accuracy, and initial order performance; participate in post-launch reviews and update SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting product launches, SKU onboarding, or new product introductions in a distribution center environment.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Excel, and standard reporting tools.
• Ability to translate product and volume information into operational execution steps, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a distribution center, walk and stand on the warehouse floor for extended periods, and support off-shift or extended hours during launches.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume distribution or eCommerce fulfillment.
• Exposure to slotting, dock-to-stock performance, launch readiness, kits, bundles, or special-handling SKUs.
• Lean or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with 3PL-operated distribution centers.
