VP, Asset Management (Real Estate)

Annual base salary: $115,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Manage client portfolios after acquisition and serve as the primary contact for portfolio management, servicing oversight, transfers, and asset strategy.
• Oversee multiple servicers, trusts, and strategic portfolio initiatives across asset classes.
• Coordinate servicing transfers, operational reviews, remittance and data reconciliation, workout decisions, and exception management.
• Define asset-level strategies and curative efforts using loan-level due diligence, documentation reviews, reporting, and compliance assessments.
• Develop portfolio campaign strategies, customized reporting, and project management plans to meet client objectives.
• Lead Asset Management Team quality and performance while collaborating with clients, servicers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• College degree or training in finance or mortgage banking, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry or relevant experience, typically including 2+ years at AVP level or equivalent.
• Commercial real estate asset management experience is required.
• Mortgage or secondary market experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, multitasking, judgment, and teamwork skills.
