Vice President, Fundraise Management (Real Asset Credit & Multi-Asset Solutions)

Location: hirify.global Place New York, 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor, New York, New York

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead the real asset credit fundraising team across the full fundraising life cycle.
• Develop investor strategies, tailored client proposals, model portfolios, presentations, and marketing materials for credit and multi-asset solutions.
• Coordinate with client relationship management, investor relations, legal, compliance, finance, operations, investment teams, product specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Organize road shows, conferences, diligence sessions, and investor meetings while managing key fundraising decisions and risks.
• Partner with the Investment Solutions Group on commingled funds, single-sector SMAs, and multi-asset proposals.
• Support junior team members through coaching and training program development, and represent the group in leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a postgraduate degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in fundraising, product management, or investment solutions, focused on real asset credit or multi-asset solutions.
• Knowledge of the LP landscape and investor preferences across regions and investor types.
• Strong product and strategy knowledge, investment and financial analytical skills, and the ability to communicate fund approaches internally and externally.
• Strong relationship management, planning, organization, multitasking, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; institutional fund marketing, sales, or support experience is strongly preferred.
