What you will do

• Manage daily liquidity, prepare funding forecasts, develop liquidity recommendations, and coordinate capital activity and leverage facility actions.
• Analyze portfolio returns, performance metrics, investment pacing, concentration limits, and investable capital across funds and separately managed accounts.
• Facilitate portfolio allocations, deal execution, deal closings, harvesting activities, fund launches, and investment rebalancing.
• Maintain complex fund structures involving cash movements, deal allocations, foreign currency management, capital calls, and cash distributions.
• Coordinate with investment, capital markets, engineering, investor relations, legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and external advisory teams.
• Prepare management presentations, reporting, analyses, regulatory responses, and support technology initiatives related to platform management.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a financial services setting.
• Strong analytical orientation and financial acumen, including the ability to prepare cash flows and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across internal and external teams.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a small team.
• Collaborative approach and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, results-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
