Data Engineer II (Azure)

Location: On-site in Lynnwood, Washington, United States. The position may require access to controlled data; only US persons will be considered where such access is required. Domestic and international travel may be required up to 10%.

Salary: $100,411–$128,604 USD annually.

What you will do

• Build and enhance enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, dimensional models, and analytics platform solutions based on ERP data.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, ETL pipelines, data integrations, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Extract, explore, cleanse, transform, and aggregate large datasets to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Implement Azure data and analytics services, monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing platform solutions.
• Partner with data architects, business analysts, IT, and business teams to define requirements, map processes, and deliver solutions.
• Perform proofs of concept using machine learning and AI technologies and contribute to technical documentation, demos, and user acceptance reviews.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience building data warehouses and dimensional models with ETL development.
• 1–2 years of experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL programming skills with an understanding of relational databases and dimensional data warehousing.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OIC, plus Python, PySpark, or similar scripting languages.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or another quantitative field.
• US-person eligibility may be required for access to controlled data under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and OIC data structures.
• Experience with Azure services, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Data analysis experience with structured or unstructured datasets and knowledge of machine learning tools.
