Regional Buyer (Manufacturing)

Location: Delisle, Mississippi, United States; onsite at the Delisle location

Salary: $85,801–$134,064 annually, plus a 6% annual bonus target

What you will do

• Execute regional procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier selection, contract implementation, and procurement documentation.
• Support site procurement strategies and category objectives for assigned operating sites.
• Drive cost savings, total cost of ownership improvements, and working capital initiatives.
• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Planning to maintain material availability for manufacturing operations.
• Manage supplier onboarding, performance, relationships, compliance, and supply-risk escalation.
• Analyze spend data and contribute to strategic sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related commercial role supporting manufacturing or operations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or regional operations.
• Experience with category management, contract administration, and supplier performance management.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office, including Power BI; advanced Excel skills are preferred.

• Experience with SAP or other MRP/ERP systems.
