Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Hybrid workplace with 3+ days in the office per week; approximately 20% domestic and international travel required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Relocation is available.

Salary: $73,600–$106,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing and supplier management strategies for engineered cowling systems.
• Build supplier relationships, evaluate capabilities and risks, and conduct supplier business reviews.
• Manage requests for quotation, supplier selection recommendations, purchase orders, tooling, and component sourcing.
• Coordinate supplier readiness for new product launches, engineering changes, and production transitions.
• Drive supplier performance improvement, recovery plans, capacity readiness, and business continuity.
• Analyze costs, negotiate pricing and commercial agreements, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, operations management, or a related business field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or engineering.
• Strong analytical, financial, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including day and overnight trips, up to approximately 20%.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• CPSM or CPIM certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
