Client Advising Consultant (Health Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage a book of business as a product expert in partnership with sales executives and client managers.
• Support consultative sales of new products and additional services to existing clients.
• Analyze and resolve client-specific product and process issues.
• Educate clients and deliver product implementation presentations.
• Develop and deliver account-specific marketing plans for key accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on positioning, messaging, materials, and sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and education.
• At least 3 years of relevant progressive experience; 4 years of consultative sales or marketing experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
• State-specific Producer Licenses for Life, Accident, and Health, or the ability to obtain them within 45 days of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with clients.
• Understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
