Identity Access Management Security Engineer

Location: Remote work from Pennsylvania, United States; travel requirement is 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Develop, test, implement, integrate, and maintain Identity and Access Management systems and solutions.
• Support SSO and federation engineering across Oracle Access Manager, PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud, Entra ID, and related identity platforms.
• Troubleshoot identities, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, permissions, incidents, and system defects.
• Execute IAM monitoring, patching, operations, maintenance, and integration testing.
• Implement and support OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO, LDAP, and related access-management protocols.
• Provide IAM training, communications, standards adoption, and guidance to internal support teams and external partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in information security, IAM engineering, and/or systems analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience with identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, authentication, authorization, multifactor authentication, SSO, and cryptography.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Duo, OIM, OAM, Ping Identity, SecureAuth, RadiantLogic, Centrify, Entra, or RACF.
• Experience with Java, C#/C++, Java BeanShell, XML, Unix shell scripting, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux/Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, FIDO, and SCIM.
• Experience with network security architecture, HITRUST CSF or NIST 800-83, SAFe Agile, and financial, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, IAM vendor, cloud, or SAFe Agile certification.
