Americas Delivery Center - Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the Americas Delivery Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, with remote work possible from a residence. Depending on project requirements, onsite work may be required up to 100% of the time; reliable transportation is expected. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $40,000–$59,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review demographic, financial, and transactional data for potentially suspicious or unusual activity.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate red flags related to anti-money laundering, fraud, and financial exploitation.
• Research client systems, public records, and third-party investigative tools to establish or validate subject profiles.
• Document observations concisely according to client policies and procedures and recommend next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and support research, testing, validation, reporting, and other delivery activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant academic area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate key findings verbally and in writing.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Availability to work from the Blue Ash, Ohio delivery center when required and access to reliable transportation.
