Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $81,280–$121,920 per year. Geographic-specific ranges include $89,440–$134,160 and $93,440–$140,160 USD.

What you will do

• Build and scale fraud prevention, detection, and automation capabilities to reduce fraud losses and improve detection precision.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows that improve alert quality and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze fraud trends, control gaps, and breakdowns to recommend improvements to detection capabilities.
• Consult with investigators during fraud incidents and provide technical expertise, guidance, and support.
• Develop fraud reports and dashboards using department and business requirements.
• Transition new anti-fraud capabilities into operations, maintain documentation, and support related technology projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Four to five years of professional experience.
• Experience analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying technology capabilities using engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of financial crime risks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and R; working knowledge of SAS, SQL, or Python is an asset.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience working with Splunk.
