CNC Operator Swiss, 1st Shift (Medtech)

Location: Limerick, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Operate assigned CNC Swiss machines and load or unload parts.
• Measure and inspect small parts against mechanical drawings, travelers, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Perform dimensional adjustments, basic machine changeovers, and minor program edits for part size.
• Break down and store job-specific tooling.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, SOPs, safety regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform visual inspection of small parts using a microscope.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, multitask, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Nice to have

• Intermediate mathematics skills, including geometric and trigonometric formulas.
