Home Infusion Nurse - Accredo - Rockville, MD (Infusion Therapy)

Location: United States Work at Home; travel within a large geographic region is required, including patient homes in the Rockville, MD area.

Salary: $79,200–$132,000 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, safely and effectively in patients’ homes.
• Assess patients and document treatments, progress, and clinical records.
• Coordinate care and patient updates as the primary point of contact.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient outcomes.
• Apply autonomous clinical judgment in treatment and care decisions.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• If working from home, cable broadband or fiber-optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds is required.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
