Infusion RN Registered Nurse (Home Infusion)

Location: Work at home in Pennsylvania, United States, with territory-based travel across North Pittsburgh and surrounding areas

What you will do

• Deliver safe skilled nursing and infusion therapy in patients’ homes.
• Complete clinical assessments, implement physician orders, monitor outcomes, and communicate changes in the plan of care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, referrals, medication deliveries, supplies, and community resources.
• Provide patient, caregiver, and healthcare-provider education regarding medications and safe treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in performance improvement and professional education.
• Provide assigned weekend, holiday, after-hours, and emergency on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license or current multistate licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact.
• At least one year of acute care or IV experience.
• Current CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 background clearances.
• Ability to perform home visits throughout the assigned Pennsylvania territory.

• Experience with home infusion care or IV therapy.
